Mr.Tony led a dynamic warm up through the usage of rhythm and dance to inspire children’s passion for performance and teamwork.

　　The commencement of events began in the stadium with the 100 meter run obstacle run and skipping competition.

                                

　　随着比赛时间的到来，体育场瞬间成为了孩子们欢笑的乐园，百米赛跑，障碍技巧赛，跳绳比赛，一环接着一环，精彩纷呈!

　　The challenging obstacle run sequence involved such segments as the Caterpillar Crawl Balance Beam Agility Ladder finishing with the Mega Ball Push for Grades 1 & 2 and the Basketball Hot Shot for Grades 3 & 4.

　　拔河比赛，竞争的异常激烈，随着比赛哨音响起，我们各个班的小队员们都使出浑身力气把绳子向后拉，比赛过程中，有欢笑，有泪水，但孩子们收获更多的是团结的力量，还有难忘的回忆。

　　The afternoon events carried out including the Lucky Chain for Grades 1 & 2 in which every class had to work together to move a hula hoop through their classmates while holding hands. Grades 3 &4 performed the thrilling Kangaroo Jump Relay using a gunny sack to hop with both feet around a cone and back to their classmates. In both events students displayed great sportsmanship qualities by encouraging one another clapping and shouting in the spirit of unity.

                                  

　　间歇回来，三四年级的足球赛进行的异常激烈，最终P3C和P4A以绝对的优势夺冠。

　　The level of fierceness became evident during the Tug-of-War competition. At the sound of the whistle teams equal in number used every ounce of effort to pull the rope back so that the center flag tied to the rope passed their team’s cone. After the victor was proven there was laughter along with tears but ultimately the children experienced the force of unity imbuing their young minds with unforgettable memories.

　　独木桥上的女汉子，正在蠕动的毛毛虫，平衡木，敏捷梯，一二年级运筹帷幄的滚球者，三四年级的投篮，障碍赛太好玩啦!我还想再玩一次!

　　Class teams competed head-to-head against one another during the football matcheswhich became intensely competitive. It was P3C and P4A who took the team Championship titles proving overall superior teamwork and coordination skills.

                                  

　　下午我们进行的是趣味挑战的项目，参赛的小朋友们都非常投入，观看的同学们也热情高涨，加油声此起彼伏，所有人都在为运动员尽情的鼓掌和呐喊，大家充分展现出团结进取，蓬勃向上的精神风貌。

　　The last of the races concluded with the Teacher’s Relay race which tookplace on the track. Teachers were arranged into four groups according to theirHouse colors of red yellow blue and green. Through cooperation and tact teachersworked collectively to complete a challenging sequence. It was the Blue Housewho sealed the winning spot by scoring the first two basketball shots at thefinish line.

　　在运动会的最后一个比赛环节，是我们老师的趣味接力，比赛按照红黄蓝绿四个学院将教师分成四组，通过彼此间默契的配合，最终蓝色学院获得了最终的胜利!
