We expect parents to support our educational philosophy and teaching approach. We welcome parents who are open-minded share our School’s educational philosophy and are prepared to support the bilingual education programme at our school. Please contact us to arrange an appointment with the Admissions Office. Normally Introductory Meetings by the Principals are conducted on weekends. 　　学生/家长面谈 Student Assessment / Parent Interview

　　申请的学生要参加学校的面谈和测试，进一步了解我校是否适合您的孩子教育发展需求。根据学生面谈情况，部分申请人家长会在学生面谈后被邀请面谈。

　　We would like to meet each potential student to see whether the School is suited to his/her educational needs. Please contact the Admissions Office to arrange this. Some parents will be invited for interview following the interview of their child.

　　对家长期望 Expectation to Parents

　　父母需要认同包玉刚实验学校的教育理念和教育方式，能够长期支持双语双文化教育，并能阅读、理解学校的中英文信函。家长和孩子都需要建立电子邮件账户和能够使用互联网。

　　Parents should recognize and be willing to cooperate with the School’s philosophy and methodology and they should be prepared for a long term commitment to supporting their child’s bilingual education. Parents are expected to have a high enough level of Chinese and/or English that they can receive correspondence in both languages from the School. Parents and children are also required to have email and internet access.

　　录取通知 Acceptance

　　在学校有名额的前提下，我们会录取合格的学生。录取和新生注册时间会以电邮和书面形式通知家长。申请人如未被录取，可能会被列入学校的等候名单，一旦学校有名额，我们会立刻通知家长。

　　Successful students will be accepted provided that a space is available.  Parents will be notified by e-mail and a written Acceptance Notice will be mailed. Students who are not accepted at this time may be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available.

　　学额确认 Placement Confirmation

　　学生如被录取 请按录取通知书和财务部通知的时间确认学额。按时支付了保证金(不可退回，不可转让) 的学生才能被确认取得学额，并可以参加开学前的各项活动；没有按时支付保证金其名额将被取消。

　　Parents need to confirm their place at YK Pao School by paying the Place Reservation Deposit indicated in the Payment note from the Finance Office. This deposit is non refundable and non transferable. Students will receive a notice from the School with regard to activities before the start of the term. If the applicant fails to pay the deposit in time the applicant’s place will be withdrawn.
